Delivery Postage and time
Flat rate £3.00 for UK and £6.50 for other countries and regions. Some heavy items may require a little extra cost. They are mainly 101 series hair essence, we charge £0.50 for 60ml bottle, and 1.00 for 120ml bottle.
Delivery by RoyalMail FirstClass Signfor on most items for UK. First Class mail is a 1-3 days service, and > 80% of FirstClass Mail arrive in the next day.
Delivery to European countries by Royal AirMail may take 3-7 days, and other regions worldwide may take 5-30 days.

Refund and Return Policy
All parcels are insured by us for damage or loss in transit. We will accept returned products which have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.Refunds may only be offered if the item purchased is unused, sealed and is in its original packaging. The postage and a small administration charge will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.
Refunds are given on receipt of the product at our address. When returning goods for refund, please contact us first. We recommend that all returns are made using at least recorded delivery, so that you know that we have actually received them. We must request that you pay the cost of returning goods, unless the product is damaged, or the wrong order has been sent. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
